Are you willing to speculate on future on Spinco?
I mentioned few weeks ago about Cowan and other assets being a small obstacle for even 50/50 merger but now that is taken care of and IMO current merger will go ahead.
If Mark is mentioning possibility of takeover there must be IMO some small talk about it.
Going back to Spinco I am looking so far at 2 different possibilities:
1. To be listed one day under on ASX and MC developing Tawana 2 ( after T/O )
2. Purchased in the future by AMAL/TAW merger for Cowan to add ore for BH mine.
Soon we will find out about Spinco shares allocation so I think many will hold to their shares to get slice of it.
You view would be much appreciated.
