I'm in almost daily contact with mgmt. -
...driving home the wish AGY markets, in a broader way to the full ASX group of investors...that amazing AGY story.

Most posters here know I'm Jerko's number 1 fan on the OPS but, I feel he's failed on the SP marketing side.

We've discussed this at length and he knows my and others concerns on this subject. In his defence the ASX/ASIC sat down a bunch of ASX juniors 2 years ago and scared the crap out of them.
It's the interpretation of the rules we dis agree with...at the end of the day. He's running the company. I respect that he'll take my and others call and debate and explain his point. Even though it's mgmts job to talk shareholder...many don't.

Jerko belief is if you build it...they will come but, I believe (I know actually) that mgmt and the board do the bear minimum "sometimes" and that's frustrating for shareholders like myself who own a few shares and are all in, with my life savings.

There are many little things and some big things that I won't bring up now...but, I believe the SP should be trading in the 45-50 cent range while we wait for JORC, BG LCE confirmation and S3 OT deals.
So it's very upsetting see the stock trade at a silly 32 cents.

I'm at peace with it now...we are just about there and I know my $1.40 price target will be meet at some point in the NEAR future.

Again, I can't fault Jerko on the OPS side.
In the beginning he worked for FREE.
Un-like many junior mining Execs...he works his ass off 24/7-365.
Yes, there been a few mis-steps but, I truly can't see a better stock on the ASX with a better RISK/REWARD...
If I did. I'd invest in that.

In the next 3-6 months...if some things go AGY's way...we could be looking at BTH's valuation of $3-4 in 2 years. Lot's of REAL big stuff is happening behind the scenes I can't talk about.

So to answer your question...they don't need to do that stuff now (even though the did recently at BMO) . We are JUST about there.
The JORC. ver 1 and PA's 99.5% confirmation should get AGY to 80-$1 as a floor.
These updates could come at any time...even today.
