I'm sure with MarkC/BobV/other SSHs, a cheap TO will not make it through the door - that part I am quietly confident they would protect us minority shareholders. Yet, there's still a small niggling worry about the behind-the-scene corporate "fights" (where big fish eat up small fish) that we can't control and had to succumb to at times. When comes to big $$, we can't undermine the determination of some parties to go to a large extent to screw us up. Anyway can't bog myself down worrying about it. We just have to move on with the merger (with excitment and high hopes), constantly watch our backs and react when it (cheap TO) comes about.
