Appreciate your feedback - it was exactly the type of response I was chasing - just so that I (and other shareholders) can get a feel for the economics and the Board's future considerations regarding the feasibilty of an Irvine operation.

With these thoughts in mind and the information that is currently available in the mkt, our current mkt cap is quite clearly undervalued despite the run up in the sp since listing. My opinion only of course.
