Playing God and/or Jesus in claiming the right to condemn - as you say he confuses God and Jesus which I suppose is understandable because he thinks that both are God.
Then as manny pointed out playing the role of Pontius Pilate right down to washing his hands of responsibility.
Then claiming that my wife is his sister. If that had a remote chance of being true, it would a terrifying thought because it would make him my brother-in-law.
I think that psychologists have a name for his condition.
