I have started down that road myself top pick,but have been warned by the ato that the money may not be recoverable, and that my former employer may take up to 18months to reply, if at all. They simply do not have the resources to police it. I ask again, where is the" guarantee".All I ask is that if the ATO is responsible for ensuring Australian workers get there compulsory super,then they should apply the same legal pressure they apply when collecting tax. And another thing.....
