It is basically something about uk taxed people being allowed to buy sharez to a certain value and put them in their isa.. it can be done annually from what i understand..
And whatever is in the isa, is not taxed at all.. ever.. i think.. and it can keep accumulating..
So every year one could put in the max. allowed total and from there whatever the shares do over time, the taxman does not touch..
This is my understanding.. i may be wrong..
Anyways the current max. is 20k worth ?
So today there were 20+ trades going thru at about 1
mill shares or 20k value...
Because today is start of new uk tax year.. i think
