The genuine atheist who is a dedicated materialist who believes in no transcendent or higher authority but is committed to relativism and adhere to the law of non contradiction.
Not all atheists are consistent several on here hold to absolute morality and atheism they have a two handed approach to philosophy.
If one was to approach the first individual and say wink wink nudge nudge sure you are an atheist but when you kick the bucket God is going to just smoother you in love and these silly notions of atheism will be swept away.
You would rightly have your backside handed to you on a plate for being patronizing.
