YOJ was incorporated in 2015 according to the prospectus & GOPHYR was founded in 2014 according to their website. Growth is also very high (monthly revenue up 815% from January 2017 through December 2017). YOJ does appear to have really good global potential. I'm just not convinced of it's current valuation.
