Chinas ecomomic growth so far has come from just that, cheap labour.not from their own technological advancement. There are factorys in China where there are workers jumping out of windows suiciding because they need to work to the point of exhastion to feed themselves. Trump recognises its not a level playing field. There are a few high population countrys that could replace China for the cheap labour . Lets see how they go.
