I am so confused with one thing that we don’t have the water rights for CM then how we drilled the maiden hole and secondly that I don’t know how water rights work in America as CAD has 1327 hectare land in Columbus Marsh project...So when they received the water rights for CM is that for drilling only one hole or just for the whole land (1327 hectare) and they can drill anywhere...Anbody please explain if have any idea i am so confused..thanx in advance..
