mate i'm very bullish re rau & its prospects but the fact that there has been only 2.5mil traded i doubt this is a significant move? now if both 11.5 & 12 were taken out then yes .
ps i think its about time people realise that rau management led by JK are very tight lipped so all this crap about brokers knowing or ann coming is very pointless imho
