    Otsana (Brendan) spearheaded the IPO and own about 2 million escrow shares I believe as a result.

    I would query the need to have him on the board, I don’t believe they organised the last raise to instos?

    Plus if anyone’s memory extends that far back the share price action after ipo was horrendous because the gave to many shares to a Singaporean insto who dumped them on open...
