Either I did not understand it or someone run a gun and create discussions that the merger value TAW shares @ $0.37.
I would agree to that if the merger and distribution of shares in new named company would occur on Monday, at least that's my understanding.
By the time we officially merge with all shareholders, courts etc approvals who knows what price will TAW and/or AMAL be trading at. It could be$ 0.20 or $1.00.
Why then is sudden expectation of SP going down to $0.37?
What would TAW shares be worth if AMAL goes to $0.70 after resources update.at the end of April?
IMO, someone will get very wrong if they sell for $0.43 tomorrow because of expectation that his/her shares would be trading around mid $0.30.
None of us knows what our shares would be worth for the next few months.
If we go down on Monday, IMO would be either poor performance of DOW and LIT ETF on weekend or artificial games will be played to create tree shake, not the announcement.
If I am wrong, can someone please correct me.
