MXC about to announce it is the Australian MC Company awarded one of the "Five Full MC Licenses" in Malta. Three are big Canadian listed stocks and the other is Israeli.
When I found out I told my partner "we just won lotto"!
This is a FULL MC License with the ability to Cultivate, Produce, Manufacture and EXPORT to the EU....
AusCann and the Cann Group have market caps of plus A$430M on the back of a full MC license but ZERO revenues and no Australian ability to sell MC flowers (the Oz MC legislation is EVERYTHING BUT MC FLOWERS which is why the NZ MC Bill allowing MC Flowers is so good).
A capital raise is good as the Company wants to preserve its existing A$8M cash reserves.
Those of you who are pontificating mindless nonsense about what is going on, can you please just sell and move on, it irritates me to have to read your ill-informed opinions...
