If you didn't have the numbers then, what makes you think you will have the numbers now?. Just because you are against a few of the directors, it doesn't mean everyone else will follow suit.
A lot of GWR holders believe that the only way GWR will ever get kick started into action, is with the help of the FAS board members doing the kicking.
If they do by some chance,get kicked out, will their holdings then go the way of FAS? will FAS suddenly hold 30% + doesn't this level of holdings give them seats on the board anyway?
It'd also give them a 1/3 stake in the 86mt JORC. Guess that'll get the prices on FAS shares up a fair bit...
