Hi Wickerman

I spoke to Bob a couple of days ago and asked about the link bewteen co2 and the R.S. report and he indictaed quite clearly they were separate issues to them in terms of timing. Indicated the influence the Wyoming governor himself was exerting as they are keen to see both the Ryder Scott report and the Co2 get up as they have a vested interest in the project getting underway (as we all already are aware of).

Very upbeat response if not a little frustrated with the time frame Ryder Scott have on this.
