Environmental Impact Report approved for the Maria del Huerto project

Latin Resources Limited (ASX: LRS) (“Latin” or “the Company”) is very pleased to provide the following exploration update for its projects located in San Luis, Argentina.

Maria del Huerto EIR

The company has received notification that the Environmental Impact Report submitted in March for its wholly owned Maria del Huerto project has been accepted and approved by the San Luis Mineria Department. Accordingly the way is now clear for LRS to undertake exploration and resource development drilling at the property.

Further detailed mapping and sampling has been completed at the site which has allowed the generation of a targets for the initial exploration and resource development drilling. Approximately 1,200m of diamond drilling and 3,000m of reverse circulation drilling has been planned to target the sheeted pegmatite mineralisation. The target zone contains at least three possibly four closely spaced pegmatites that are separated by 20 – 30 meters, dip at 50 – 60 degrees and extend over a strike length of approximately 400m (See Figure 1). Abundant spodumene is evident in the abandoned historic quarry which was the first lithium mine in San Luis, commencing operations in 1936.

It is the company’s intention to carry out the drilling at Maria del Huerto in conjunction with another project to reduce and share the cost of mobilising rigs and drill crews.

(Apologies for the bother CG but I’m a bit confused? Are we awaiting the other project still and not Maria? It’s your announcement which was made public and kinda conflicts with other announcements and correct me if I’m wrong but lying to the ASX and falsifying information is illegal isn’t it and traders and investors are meant to given true and accurate information to base their decision on! So were you being misleading then or now? I’m sure you will drill CG and I’m not going to sell just yet but you really need to work on your relationship with you shareholders and gain some trust back because your words seriously mean absolutely jack sheet!).

Thanks for the update though and for clarify some of our concerns we’ve had and I’m looking forward to reading your quarterly report and interview from the mines and money show seems you’re the company director that doesn’t do ASX presentations when attending conventions and seminars.

Dark Horse put one out today!! They are very focused and appear to have great management and are operating in Argentina as well. Maybe you should take a page from their book on how to run a good company where the holders actually respect management. Just a suggestion of course.

Good luck speaking at the Latin America downunder show in Perth on the 16-17th of May as well and hopefully you will be speaking on behalf of LRS because some of us are confused as to why and what company you’re representing in Asia right now. Again CG you need to work on your communication skills. It’s really not that hard and you seem to be good at talking BS, is it just the truth you struggle with buddy.

CG will probably announce our annual AGM to be held during this period so that the government appointed Latin America downunder chairman can offset the costs for his trip at our expense.CG while you are here mate you may as well have another break at SH expense.
