And hence why no one will look at a take over at any favourable terms to us.
Don't get me wrong, I want vocus to succeed but am resolved to losing a bundle here.

Actually, the big moves didnt involve significant amounts of debt.

Vocus+M2 was merger, Nextgen was most capital raise.

Your just wrong on your reason for the SP drop, or explain why TPM and TLS have tumbled as well, and you should do your own numbers for SP projections based on EV/EBITDA and debt reductions, less us know what your get.
