    dave,

    "(((One problem is jinc(chinese connection)
Seems like their taking up blocking stakes in companies that they want to accumilate over time.(money isn't an issuse supply is) Don't think i like the idea of a very large multinational taking v/small blocking chunks of good prospects
and then systematically gobbling them up . How would our market/country look in ten years if this was the case. ie most good nickle proviences gone.)))"

I don't like that idea myself but, they were there to supply the money when AGM needed it, when no one else was around. They, the Chinese, are also very obviously doing it, to guaranteed them of supply and don't get caught out in a Monopoly situation, for all their future needs/demand. As for the blocking stake, IMHO if ZFX suceed with the T/O offer (after it up it by a fair bit of course, yes they would have a major shareholder with a blocking stake as a result but, they can in turn make life hell, if they wanted to. And what is wrong with having a stake holder who is interested in taking care of all your outputs at the current/ongoing market price?.

"(((Hope like hell that the boards are talking and looking at the synergies.( oh and that damn money thing too))))".

I agree with you 100% on this one but, you also have to agree with me that ZFX has to do more and up the ante, if they want to have a chance of succeeding with AGM.
After all, they know that they want to pay a pittance for a good product and, to top it all off, a product and a Company that could turn around their current dreadfull position. If ZFX does not diversify in the immediate future, what have they got. Zinc, and of course a bundle of cash, while Nickel is the thing currently in demand, while AGM has Nickel and other minerals available. There is no use having many Toyota cars for sale if every Tom, Dick and Harry wants to buy a Commodore. YOU WOULD END UP GOING BROKE MY FRIEND. ( THIS IS ONLY AN EXAMPLE. I DON'T WANT TO OFFEND ANYONE AND I CURRENTLY OWN BOTH TOYOTA AND COMMODORE). I think you should talk to them (ZFX), if you pull any weight with them, and see if you can succeed to make them see the light.
After all, they can't keep a hold of that cash for ever and again. The shareholders would expect a return on that.

"(((On a post note it looks like BHP willl need about 20 bil to exapnd olympic dam(NOV 2007) ouch and ouch again
mabey MM sees the cap ex costs soaring in expanding mine output and exploration)))".

As you said Dave, maybe, but at this stage, that is all it is. A BIG FAT MAYBE. In the meantime, my ZFX shares and yours, are taking a dive and if my sentiments are right, MM and the XFX Board, apparently, don't give a damn.

    Good luck.....Buddy
