I am not an expert so could have this completely wrong (and yes I know they are completely different minerals) but there are Li plants being built at reasonable prices. AJM 1.5Mt for $150mish. PLS $270mish for 2Mt but with a tantalum circuit and front loading of some stage 2 work. Is there any reason in terms of this part of the process that Li would be much cheaper than Cu/Co? Happy to be corrected if I am making bad assumptions.
As for risks, I am not at all saying that none exist. There are always risks, but I think given what we know to date, some of the extrapolations that can be made and the current MC, I personally am happy to take those risks. That is also easier to say for those of us sitting on over 100% profit already. We have room to play with. Everyone should make their own assessment of risk reward. You obviously feel risks outweigh the upside on current data and that is fine.
