COO Marcus Gracey is the man behind CAT MoU, it's been very difficult journey of legal maneuvering and business negotiations.

CAT is behind the deal with KSA MoU, for this single proof, a global OEM distributor is a must have for FBR, FBR will never go OEM themselves.

I heard CAT is also behind hooking up FBR with project 2 clients and other FBR potential offtakers.

CAT is definitely not into FBR's day to day running, and FBR has been achieving lot of milestones themselves independently.

This is a very good sign for both parties, mutual benefits.

Things will fall into place very soon.
