I repeat. Only focus is share perf to drive his own book. Failinh to address operational issues which are the real concern n driver of perf. His focus is just polish. Polish is temporary.
Real companies like ipl, rio etc who do REAL buy backs are off legit business cashflows and really shake up the register. This token 30m shares max is laughable cause the source of funds were your back pockets.
