You said yesterday; My concern is that trust will disappear ...and I have communicated my concerns to management (in addition to a few other issues).

Have you heard anything from management yet? Only asking as I have tried to get hold of them too.
Also before I think you said you are a big holder.. so you have a better chance of contact from them than I would.

We are so close to the finish line now.....with just over 2wks to go, for them to release results.
Results probably are being double checked and why release say 2-3wks before a Quarterly is due.
I think all on site are very busy including Richard with his high standard's we should be in his safe hands.
Remember they are re-commissioning a mine that was unsuccessful the first time around.
Last time I done this myself was in 2013 a lead mine in WA... Our re-commissioning went on over
3months before we started running a second shift. We also weren't on HIGH tonnes per hour either.

A few on here don't really know what's involved in running a mine........Others have mining experience like me and know what it takes.
