But we are in the middle of the rights offering, and we have the ratification coming up.
So it seems to me, CLQ cannot really make price sensitive announcements at the moment, until the rights offer is closed.
However...look at all the glossy photos of RF with the Chinese brass occurring during this period.
PR foto ops. Nice press, but not "price sensitive."
Makes you stop and think. Maybe RF is telegraphing us with a sledgehammer !
He loves to do stuff like that. Very obvious, but we don't put two and two together.
