I think the thread heading should be" Will FAR be a billion dollar Company " and the simple answer is , very likely but not guaranteed and that's based on Senegal alone...When? ..sometime in the future and most likely nearer production or related to Corporate activity...once production starts PE ratios also come into play with market valuations..
Given 100,000Bopd production, FAR's share would be 13700Bopd generating a gross annual turnover of around A$ 450M at $70 Bbl and the current exchange rate ( subject to change in any direction) that should produce very good net earnings on a long term basis IMO..the key is not to increase the number of shares on offer, something they are well aware of and addressing but is a big challenge...
PE and A2 have the potential to change the picture considerably but can't be taken into consideration at this stage, we can only take into account what we know we have and that's very good anyway...
