Sams has paid more than $1350 in compensation after admitting to throwing nails and a chisel at Clint Pollard's car during the altercation in July 2017.
Sams was a passenger in a ute driven by Taylor Bembridge on Rutley’s Road, Wyee Point when they came across Pollard’s vehicle.
When he slowed down to obey a change in speed limit, Bembridge’s vehicle closed in and she beeped the horn.
They overtook Pollard and began braking harshly.
The footage shows Sams hanging out of the passenger window in what police facts described as “Duke’s of Hazzard” style while laughing and throwing large metal objects at Pollard’s ute.
According to court documents, she made numerous comments on Facebook about the incident, saying "I was throwing nails at his car", "I threw a chisel … and smashed his car window" and "he should have hit me harder".
Sams made no comment outside court after she pleaded guilty to intentionally throwing an object at a vehicle, having part of her body outside a car window and two counts of destroying or damaging property.
The matter has been adjourned for sentencing on April 30.
