    You are spot on about that 200,000 being a dummy bid. He has amended his order again following today's selling.

    I'm not sure he really EVER wants to get hit.

    I suspect also ELK will look to fill the coffers again at some point.

    Not trying to sound negative...or positive...just thinking out loud.
