I agree. Cliff gets his 115 million shares based on STIs and LTIs over a few years, but I notice a clause in there that basically says unless there is a t/o he gets them payed out to him. So it is in his best interest that AGO is taken over and quite frankly I believe he could not give a toss about AGO and its shareholders.
It would be justice if the deal gets voted down and then shareholders vote him off the board along with Eugene Davis and the rest of them.
