Well the problem with Centro is that its financial predicament is not being driven by rational analysis.

The bankers who decide whether or not to refinance or roll over Centro's loans are not calm rational geniuses, they are subject to the same scare-mongering and paranoia as anyone else is. They watch silly TV comments and read silly newspaper comments like anyone else does.

I am not sure why Warnie says they don't have to accomplish a deal to resolve this by Feb 15, they only have to come up with A PLAN to do a deal by then. Can you explain the rationale for this, warnie?
