IMO one only needs to revise the history of XPE to see what happens when the BOD begin to heavily incentivise themselves PRIOR to any real income arriving.
All these shares and options serve to increase the wealth of the individual while eroding the ownership value of the rest of the companies shareholders.
Is LDN and co requesting this in anticipation of a windfall of revenue? Or is this a cash grab before a stage left exit/retirement?
IMO shareholders should tread with caution on these requests.
