why cash in, the ops will trade not far behind the fpo's as they have been for some time now so paying up on the opps would appear silly to me as you would be paying more than the gap between the ops and fpo's just to get the fpo's

liquidity may be a reason, but again a weak one as if the price jumps, volumes will as well

that leaves me with one scenario which is a related party providing some cash to the company for a specific use/need
