It does show however that you have a directors who are passionate about their product and have real belief in it (enough to tip in their own money). This counts a whole lot, at least for me.

Not sure how you approach your investments, but if you take share trading/ investing as a percentage chance of success each time you trade, this is an event that will no doubt boost that percentage of success up for that particular stock.
