Good post Kate, thanks for clarifying that, how much do you believe FAS to be undervalued by?

I think after the EGM I will be converting the rest of my holdings in GWR to FAS, I wonder how many other people are in the same boat, it'd be interesting to see the final percentages once the votes are all in.

Hence why you support the FAS takeover.

Lets look at the short term....
Closing FAS price today $0.29
Closing GWR price today $2.20

Times FAS by 7 equals - $2.03
So 17c behind and you still support the offer????

I think in order to gain credibility, once must at least be honest. Inco, I've go no problem a FAS holder pushing their burrow, but don't claim to be an "ordinary" GWR shareholder wishing to maximise his wealth short term you have previously.

You can have my GWR, but only after your revised offer comes.
It's coming, as you don't have the numbers just yet, but cash is king you know!
