Well the blue chips that I believe are the best leverage to the agricultural boom with good resliance in drought years are in order of importance - IPL, NUF and AAC.
Speculative junior fertilizer stocks include MAK and RWD (some access issues to sort through in the next couple of months). CII is a phosphate producer but with declining reserves and restrictions on being able to access existing Christmas Island reserves. ARU has some leverage to the fertilizer theme also.
Sgoni would blast me if I didn't highlight the ag property trust theme and for that you have ARJ - paying very handsome dividends.
The grain infrastructure plays will shine strongly in the good years - ABB and GNC. They are not drought proof though.
