Sorry Dhuy, 2/3rds of Perth market recently made up of investors. Some were Eastern Staters who smelt a bargain. I bought in 2000 in Ballajurra after I moved from Melbourne. Got heaps more bang for my buck. Since sold out of Perth as when you have that many investors its not good.
Now in Queensland's Great Sandy Straits, best bargains in Australia. When you sell up out of Rocky and want some decent weather look over here, there's plenty of ex-pat Sandgropers sniffing atm and its only a short drive to the best tourist attractions in Australia.
