So after 1-year, with 46m sqf of warehouse space, VIV secure installation to an "extension" of an existing 16,500sqm warehouse managed by Kerry.
I would assume an "extension" is no greater than +50% or 8,000sqm. I have read a report suggesting each sqm of warehouse space = $15 so 8,000sqm is ~$120k revenue, ~$50k GP at a 40% margin....so what!
Desperate times calls for desperate measures.
Expect a poor Q3 cash flow number and another raise before June. There is just no follow through on orders here...not sure what the problem is?
