dhuy, your overconfidence is astounding. Cautious optimism would be far wiser. My place has apparently increased almost 60% in the last year, and the one I have offloaded tripled in 7.
No matter what - this will not last, because at some point only a very small percentage of the populace will be able to buy. Then what happens to demand.
