IMO the only reason cliffs all for this deal is he can easily off load his millions of shares without spooking the market, easy avenue, bet if it wasnt for those 100mil + freebies he'd be against this deal.
Imagine Andrew Forrest dumping his 30% on market, wont go down well and probably bring the price to 50c
