Bit doom and gloomish but if theres a system that's in place that is little understood by the general population and with few checks and balances then its going to be abused...and given our Pollies aren't the quickest bunch when it comes to the obvious the abuse may eventually come from a more sinister threat than just a bunch investment hot shots trying to pay off thier porches....
