If the Jorc report is done and floating around to various parties such as the independent announcement desktop layout guys etc, or bing compiled finalised while some parties know certain price sensitive info- BB is right to Halt it- one rumour good or bad could send it off one way or the other before market knows. Why risk getting a tap on the shoulder from the exchange.-or getting stock in trouble etc etc ...
anyway its ok it builds up the hype!! at least we know jorc is comming......pump up the volume.!!...
