Any talk of mining this year is wrong. Minimum time frame is 500 days for government approvals (Federal, State, Local), which is what the current state government sells as the new improved system. Recent mines in NSW have taken up to 900 days. They can quickly get a stockpile resource together by end of this quarter. Then they need a year of baseline environment data for applications.
