It purchasing my CNP holding I have always allowed for a rights issue, possibly 1/1 or 1/2, preferably with a high price prior to announcement to keep dilution of holding to a minimum.
If their problem is to be solved an injection of capital was always on the cards & one of only 3 options available.
Happy to participate in any capital raising because I then know CNP will survive & have money aside to double commitment via a new issue.
