The main problem with this tech is the size of it , to construct .
It,s not like invest a mil $$ , and grow up slowly . If we sign the MPA , that's a huge achievement by our management , thanks to India companies , the demand of the India , and the low cost of products made in India .
Somehow all the pieces are matching so far .
And the India achievement ( when come ) , will make ESI strong enough to accelerate any future investments in Victoria or the world .
I do believe we will be successful .
