The over allotment was not exercised by the underwriters therefore this left a balance of 13,043,478. Umicore and ZFX split these leaving them with approximately...Umicore 5.25% and ZFX 7.79% of Nyrstar. These shares are subject to a 360 day lock up agreement from 29/10/07.
I hope this helps and at the issue price these shares would be worth approx 156 million euro. Issue price 20 euro each.
