    In what circumstances those casings were damaged and not informed in the last 3 ann till now?
    How many of them were damaged? 900 meters?

    I found the UNIQUE UNION OF CUSTOMS PERSONNEL OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC web page and found there were NO long term strike since november:

    - MARCH 6,7 AND 8
    - DECEMBER 18, 2017
    - DECEMBER 15, 2017 (then it was suspended)

    I cannot believe in their telephone explanations...
