Right now it looks like the April 18 ratification of the CR is the bottleneck.

CLQ will not go to the banks until they know for sure how much the have from the offering,

and they stated they will be making deposits on long lead equipment and doing all sorts of other pre-BFS stuff when the CR is ratified.

It doesn't look like things on the ground are being delayed very much, no matter the date on the BFS.

They are giving lip service to a future BFS and FID, but are moving full speed ahead in real time.
