If the ASX are in fact following up on the 'Confidential MOUs' comment by ML in his tweet, they may force AVZ's hand and ask they disclose the MOU(s) to the market. If that's the case, things may get awkward with the other party because I'm assuming they are the ones wanting to keep things confidential. What happens with the MOU if the other party doesn't agree to this?
