What is the information that is now public that you are referring to, given that todays announcement dealt with a inital notification of a potential takeover for the group, not something that you would expect to see the quote "20% fall" in the price of the stock, if anything that is reflective of an efficient market, given that fridays announcement could be construed as negative.

As a "stock trader" who stated " that is was obvious to anyone that studied MFS that the price was likely to fall", why are you so intent on rubbishing the management, if it was so obvious that the price was going to fall then as a trader you would be short, and therefore happy about moronic management and the clear distain for management, evident in your original post would be not be evident.
