As I, and others, have stated in past posts the previous operators - Gold Mines of Australia (WMC) - were preeminent in narrow vein mining world wide. Those guys new the mine backwards and left nothing worthwhile. You can argue til the cows come home about gold prices, mining costs, grades etc. And don't bore me about what might lie in the Gap Zone. Fact is that the prospects lie at depth. And Vert - what use is a tax loss if you don't have a profit to offset it against?
